Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Deliveries.
Question: Can City Flowers let me know when the flowers have been delivered ?
Answer: In practice, it is impossible to assure customers of a flower order delivery. We try to overcome this by offering AM/PM delivery time brackets and we always ensure that every effort is made to deliver within a specified bracket of time during the day. Should you have any queries in regards to a delivery, please email us on service@cityflowers.com.au or call us on 02 9956 6678 and please ensure that you have your order number handy. Timed deliveries are not guaranteed.
Question: What happens if no-one’s home when delivery occurs?
Answer: If we attempt to make a delivery and the recipient isn’t home, we will leave the flowers/gift either at the front or back door if deemed safe to do so or in a location outlined in any special instructions that you pass on to City Flowers (e.g. with a neighbour). If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will bring your flowers back to the florist and we will make contact with the recipient to arrange a pick up or a new delivery time and date. If a new delivery date is required we will charge an additional $ 10.00 delivery and admin fee.
