At City Flowers our guarantee is simple.

In regards to the quality of our flowers:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the flowers we have delivered, please notify us within 2 days of placing your order and we'll replace or refund it.

In regards to the timeliness of our deliveries:

If for some reason your flowers were not delivered when you requested AND if this delivery was guaranteed by us as per our deliveries, we’ll refund the value of your order. Please see our deliveries to know more about cutover times and peak holiday schedules.


Flower Arrangements

We make every effort to ensure that your flower choice is exactly the same way you see it on the site. There are times however when this may be impossible due to various factors including local availability and seasonal variations. If a selection is unavailable, we will substitute it with a selection of similar design, colour, quality and price.

All prices on cityflowers.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).


Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners and Cityflowers Corporate Cards.


Substitution

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.


GST

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% if delivered in Australia. All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes.

Regional/Public Holidays

Please note that due to Public and Regional holidays occurring in different states and towns on different days, we cannot always guarantee deliveries on these days due to florist closures. But we will do our best and may contact you to confirm delivery variations.
